Carolyn Peterson

Carolyn was raised in a little town on the south shore of Long Island. She attended college in the midwest, majoring in vocal music, with a minor in piano. After that, she made her way out west and went to work for Creative Artists Agency (CAA), where she ran the computer department and worked on special projects for the likes of Tom Cruise, Barbra Streisand, and Robert Downey, Jr., among others.

She left to form her own transcription company and raise her son as a single mom. In 2013, she and Laura Moretti produced a tribute event (SurCon), which brought fans from all over the globe to Marina del Rey, California, in order to honor David Soul and Paul Michael Glaser (Starsky & Hutch). SurCon, which David and Paul attended, was such a success that Carolyn and Laura went on to produce SurCon 2014 in Newark, New Jersey.

Both SurCons were filled with surprise guests, including Antonio Fargas (Huggy Bear), musical guests, a memorabilia display, a silent auction, videos, tributes by the fans, an auction to ride in the original Gran Torino (SurCon 2014), followed by a very private dinner for 7 fans at the beautiful Liberty House Restaurant overlooking the New York skyline.

Co-producing these two events brought Carolyn full circle back into the entertainment industry that she loves, which led her to create Nite of Dreams, a company that enables fans to realize their dreams of meeting their favorite celebrities and gives those celebrities a chance to be honored for the unique talents they have shared throughout the years.
